Solvra Marketing ("Solvra", "we", "us") is a Spokane, WA web design and branding studio. This page explains what information we collect on our websites, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit a form on one of our pages, we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name
- Email address and phone number
- Business name and current website (if you share them)
- Zip code and project details (on service-specific pages, such as home-improvement quote requests)
- Anything you write in a message field
We do not collect payment information through this website.
How your information is used
- Contact and project forms: we use your info to reply to you, schedule a call, and prepare your free demo or quote. That's it.
- Service-specific quote pages (for example, window replacement estimates): your request may be shared with one matched local service provider so they can contact you with your estimate. We do not sell your information to lead lists or blast it to multiple companies.
Form processing
Our forms are processed by Formspree, which transmits your submission to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data in transit.
Analytics & advertising cookies
Our pages use two common measurement tools, which set cookies in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type) that help us understand how the site is used.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our ads led to a visit or an inquiry, and helps us show ads to people more likely to be interested.
Neither tool gives us your identity by itself. You can block these with standard browser settings, extensions, or Meta's ad preferences.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your contact details with anyone except as described above (a single matched provider, only for service-quote requests you initiated). We don't send marketing blasts — if you contact us, a human replies.
Data retention
Form submissions live in our email and our internal client-management records for as long as we might reasonably work together. If you never become a client, we have no reason to keep your info long-term.
